After a decade immersed in music, including playing in various bands, Richard completed a degree in Popular Music in Cardiff, where he continues to be based.

It wasn’t until his late twenties that Richard rediscovered his love for art through oil painting. This new direction quickly captured his imagination, and his early success in galleries paved the way for broader recognition. By 2012, Richard’s work was featured in galleries across the UK through a prominent publishing house, expanding his reach to collectors worldwide.
